Stella's Expands to Vintage
Can you imagine a New York deli full of meats, cheeses, specialty sandwiches, pasta, salads and amazing entrees? And how about a hot out-of-the-oven pizza sold by the slice along with a really cold drink? Well, now you can.
This week, Mr. Billy Rizzo, expanded his Stella's restaurant with a New York Style Bistro located in Vintage Township (a master planned traditional neighborhood development in southwest Lubbock).
Stella's Bistro will look much like a traditional style deli with its large cool cases displaying a wide variety of food. With its 20 foot tall ceiling and floor to ceiling shelves on one side and a brick wall on the other its just the type of space Billy grew up in. "We can serve people at a counter reminiscent of an old diner where you can see the food being prepared or at tables out front," says Rizzo. "The idea is to have an experience that engages the customer. From the tall ceilings, brick walls, large store-front windows and the wide covered front porch to deli coolers full of sumptuous food, eating at the bar while watching the cook prepare food and meeting friends; it will be like nothing else in Lubbock," Rizzo explained.
Stella's Opens Daily at 10am with delivery and catering available as well.
